What Outsourcing Gets You
This is a perfect example of the quality support you receive when companies allow overseas idiots to handle their most precious commodities….their customers. the following is the chat log from a recent request for the simplest bits of information on a Linksys product. what you don’t see is that after this chat I actually called the 800 number only to be put on hold, have to speak to an additional two agents and ended up with the wrong answer all together. Total time wasted…..1 hour 25 minutes.

You can call our dedicated team for the said device at this number, (866) 606-1866. But, regarding your question, the camera viewer can view one camera at a time. If you have 5 cameras, you can view each camera one at a time.

john: ok thats not what i just found in the user guide which says 9 cameras
